Romeplow Hungary Bt. has been the official Hungarian dealer of ROME for more than a decade and a half – covering agricultural, forestry, and construction machinery. We don’t just sell machines: we service them on-site, supply spare parts, and help you find the right solution for your work.
ROME heavy disc harrows and subsoilers arrived in Hungary in the 70s and 80s – and immediately proved themselves on the most difficult rice fields of the Great Plain. More than 30 years later, many of these machines are still running at rice farms: without welding or major repairs.
There are ROME machines in the country that have worked more than 50,000 hectares – with only wear parts ever replaced.
The ROME brand was founded in 1932 by Tom Mullen and Jack Lemann in Georgia, with the goal of building tillage equipment that could withstand the toughest terrain. For ninety years, the company has followed the philosophy of building robust, simple machines that require minimal maintenance. Today, ROME machines work in more than 120 countries.
